The Team colours and the Apparel of the Surrey Lions Field Hockey Team, are,-

1,-  The Jersey is green in colour and proudly bears the crest emblem on the left side of the chest area. The crest has a Lion in a roaring position, with the name of our city " SURREY " in bold white letters at the top. At the bottom end of the crest, a field hockey player is shown in the playing position. The words " FIELD HOCKEY CLUB "  are stretched across the middle of the crest. The whole crest reads " SURREY FIELD HOCKEY CLUB ". The player number is written on the back of the Jersey in bold white numericals.

2,- The shorts are plain white with a single matching green pinstrip on both sides and the player number written on the left side front. The number is also written in matching green colour.

3,-  The socks are knee high so as to be able to cover the shin pads, and are plain white with a small matching green Umbro logo on the front. The back of the socks is a meshed material so as to let the skin breath.

4,-  Each player wears his own style of Turf shoes, though it is preferred that they be a matching green.

5,-  Each player carries his own make/ style/ and colour of hockey stick, whatever he is most comfortable playing with.
